My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable bed, although they were not ready on time, resulting in a free drink as compensation. The service improved significantly after a rocky start, with staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent with lovely views over rooftops, close to the train station and shopping areas. The dining options were somewhat lacking in variety, although the hotel had good amenities and a convenient tram line right outside. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
